Gabion Box

Gabion Box is double twist hexagonal wire mesh basket of variable sizes, uniformly partitioned into internal cells. All wire is zinc coated by hot-dip galvanizing and for PVC units, heat bonded through extrusion with a heavy duty PVC coating. They are filled with stone at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures, such as retaining walls, bridge walls, bridge abutments, sea walls, weirs, culverts and riverbank protection.
